This fine wine experience will be hosted at the Flying Fish Cafe in their wine-inspired private room. Following a champagne reception, our seven course seafood degustation will be accompanied by an eclectic collection of Chablis Grand Cru including the Dauvissat Les Clos 2005, Raveneau Montee de Tonnerre 2005 (1er Cru, but too good to leave out!), Moreau Les Clos 2003, Billaud Simon Blanchots Vielles Vignes 2002 and the Blanchots 96. For any lover of Chablis, this is an absolute DO NOT MISS event. For those of you with the mantra “anything but chardonnay”, we dare you to come along and be converted. Once you scale the heights of Chablis Grand Cru, it will be difficult to settle for less.
