This cool and minerally dry white is from a small, family producer of the highest repute. They achieve pure, fresh and vivid Soave by simple and careful winemaking on wonderful high-grown Garganega from some of the Soave communes best vineyards. The colour is so bright, and promises a wine of intensity and concentration. Aromas are of fresh melon, apple and straw and the flavour is textured, long and lively. Soave is a true all-rounder white, but compelling with fish and white meats, anything cooked with or in dairy, butter or cheese.
